- Public pages and profile browsing are available without full platform access.

- We may approve, limit, suspend, or revoke access based on policy and abuse controls.
5. Acceptable Use and Restrictions
You agree to use the platform lawfully and responsibly. You must not:
- Do not scrape, resell, or misuse creator data.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or bypass platform controls.

CreatorReach retains all rights in the platform, software, and service materials. You retain rights in your own submitted campaign content, and grant us the rights necessary to provide the service.
8. Fees, Billing, and Third Parties
Separate commercial terms may apply for paid plans or managed services. CreatorPay and other third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies.
9. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, abuse, legal risk, security risk, fraud, or non-payment under applicable commercial agreements.
10. Disclaimers
The service is provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee campaign outcomes, creator responses, or specific business results.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CreatorReach is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
